CLIENT SUPPORT OFFICER

Chinchilla Community Centre

 

-       10 hours per week (5 hours per day – school hours)

-       All training provided

-       $35+ per hour

-       Wednesday and Fridays 8.30am – 1.30pm

-       Leave entitlements included

 

Are you great at solving problems and pointing people in the right direction? Do you consider yourself customer service focused? Our Client Support Officer is the first point of contact between customers and the services delivered by the Chinchilla Community Centre.

 

This role provides administrative and customer services to assist with the delivery of day-to-day operations within the Centre, and to undertake business relating to Services Australia (Centrelink Agency).

 

The successful candidate will:

·         Welcome customers and other visitors, discretely attend to their needs, or direct them to the appropriate person for attention

·         Provide Services Australia (Centrelink Agency) services

·         Undertake reception and general office duties, including the provision of general information in response to enquiries by the general public, tenants and visitors

 

Required skills & experience:

·         Current Blue Card – Working With Children (or ability to get one)

·         Professional approach and well presented

·         Organisational and time management skills

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Ability to multitask
